Relish in the sublime taste sensation of wine grown on the sun-flooded, Atlantic breeze-cooled Golden Slopes of South Africa, perfectly paired with the accomplished taste of dark or white Belgian chocolate specially made by a chocolatier to complement and accentuate the flavours of the Bilton wines.
• True delight in the form of cold meat platters spoiling you taste buds with specialties of choice picked to accentuate the served wines.

The wine parlour teams up with the cigar room provided to let you enjoy a wide selection of quality cigars while lounging in comfortable armchairs. The cigars are of course best enjoyed over a shot of exquisite brandy or at the poker table.

Bilton Wines

- South Africa’s 300-year wine tradition.

Bilton Wine vineyards take up 62 hectares of the foothills of the Helderberg mountains in the region of Stellenbosch. The land is known to have been planted with grapes back in 1726. Bilton Wine’s annual production is 380 tons of grapes. But only the best 100 tons are considered good enough for Bilton wines. And it still takes the historic wine cellars and oak wood barrels made by 15 global barrel manufacturers to allow the grapes transform into that complete, rich, elegant wine of intense taste.
